Rooting for Isaak too. I missed watching his interview, it would have been more intellectual than a commissioner applicant who said that electronic voting should be discouraged since people like her who are not ICT conversant would not be able to cope!

i fear he will not make it. not that he is not good, but a section of our political divide do not want him. they want someone who will swear them into the office at whatever the cost.

We have short memories. Aren't we the ones who shouted ourselves hoarse when they tried to replace K*****u - we said he had done a sterling job with the referundum and could be trusted. Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely.

...and I was for Koki Muli (but politics may not allow with the appointment of CJ)

...Hapo hatukuonekana...But that is good so that when we are being sworn in in August next year hakutakuwa na maneno ya ati Chairman ni wa huko na kule...Itakuwa tu very swift na kuchukua ofisi pap!!!

Not a section of political divide but ODM do not want Isaak Hassan. They already have James Oswago as CEO for administration now they want Chairman who is the spokesperson and head of commissioners.

I still think Hassan can do a good job! But after the Kivuitu turnaround,.... I say that ''tongue in cheek' Issak is better placed so far.
