...another case of 'inadvertently regrettable' - apparently the printer has messed up the elections law...section 34 subsection 9 has been irregularly changed and is therefore at variance with the hansard.....iko chida hapo ! If you are an eagle don't hang around with chickens; chickens don't fly....

Three words make a big difference to save the members of parliament and instead screw the presidential and vice president candidates. African parents don't know how to say sorry.. the closest you will get to a sorry is a 'have you eaten'
