You will no longer receive those midnight calls from the kamitis and Kodiagas of these world after safcom signed an agreement with the prisons management to jam safcom calls from the prisons!!!!
.....the warders communication will be the collateral damage in this!!!!

How is that technically possible? Unless they create 'blackspots' in the areas, which would mean blacking out/jamming the whole area in which ni kila mtu ataumia?

I would have preferred blocking unregistered sim's because there is another percentage of criminals not in prison also extorting and threatening wananchi.
