@ Bwenyenye you are right...people make money in every sector..the simple rule i have discovered is learn your business,I have a green house 24 by 8 m...first season wasnt good as i hadnt installed a drip system,did tomatoes that got affected by bacterial wilt and white flies productivity was at 20% thereabout...did onions thereafter also dint produce as expected but then this season av done tomatoes and they did pretty well and as you know the price wers over the roof at some point so its should be labour of love learn from your mistakes and try make your product better....
@ali i agree leaving a new biz for other peeps to run it is a disaster in the making the probability of it gn down is high...a neighbour of ours lost 5 of his high yielding cows he apparently kosanad with his long time farm manager and he brought in a new guy...5 cows in bizzare circumstances,thevproblem is he has an 8-5 and only visits over the weekend...
