The quarters were a study in contrasts. Northern hemisphere quarter finals definitely much better in terms of the quality of the rugby, the South both dire “ruck and maul” affairs until Argentinians tired out.
Mzeiya-did you watch the game? SA just lacked imagination otherwise it was their game to win.
Onto the semifinals-my predictions:
Wales will play All Blacks in the World Cup final on Sunday 23rd of October.
The team that utilises its 15 players to carry the ball will win this World Cup.

This world cup is about the teams with the best pack and least mistakes. So far the team with the best forward 8 is Wales, they have also made very few mistakes thus far. Therefore i predict Wales v NZ finals with the cup going to the northern hemisphere.

I have been having kittens since the SA v Ausi match. I wanted the BOKs to make it since I think they are the easier (read dumber) team to beat. I am scared shitless of the Ausies but still believe the Carterless AB's should get the job done.

AB's to win by 13+ against the Ausies, set up a final with the frogs (France) who I think will trick their way past the very impressive welsh team.

Come final, we will finally punish the French for 1999 and 2007.

The ref made a massive blunder. I think he thought he was refereeing Cork against Leinester in his native Ireland. Muppet.
Still Wales should have kicked ze 8 points-Priestland was a big loss as it'll become clear in the 3rd place playoff.

All blacks have, total domination over the aussies, I fear for the French next, kicapo ile watapata will not reflect a RWC final!!!

I bet the boks could have done better against the all blacks!!!

Gusty win, but they may have drained themselves psychologically. For France, they have nothing to lose, so go into the finals with a better mind frame. When playing at this level home ground might actually be a disadvantage as the pressure is so high and room for mistakes increase proportionately. My colour is blue.

I called the semi's perfectly, includig the scorelines and the Frogs v wales game.

The AB's have too much steel in the forwards, the Boozing frog side stands 'a snow balls chance in hell'. However, its difficult to ignore the world cup history between this two sides. Who knows, the frogs may just grow another leg and spoil the party for Macaw and the boys.

The referee had no choice but to red card Wharburton, Rugby is very precise about certain things, and upending a player and dumping them on their head is a straight red card. I really feel for him as he was such a great captain and player.

I thought the guy was going to zirai right there on the field. Those rugby players are tough. You have to give that to them
