If i were to rate it for efficiency and customer treatment i'd give it an E. They are so bad even a land's search is such a big issue. I went to their offices in the morning and it's approaching 5.00pm and still nothing. The only thing they are fast in doing is taking the sh.500 search money. They are so pathetic.
