Yes the land has a title and it is in the name of ‘THOMSON GROUP LIMITED'. This is the company I work for and we deal in selling land in Kitengela, Isinya and Konza among others.
The land is big 50acres we haven’t subdivided it since people might buy more than one acre and might want one title. We subdivide when someone commits 50% and we give you a sale agreement. Your lawyer is the one who pays our lawyers not you paying us directly. When title is ready after 90days that’s when we exchange title for your full amount of payment still under the guidance of our lawyers.

@wanyuru et al i come from mtito andei so let me answer this question. Konza is exactly 120km from nairobi. The first town from nairobi is junction then there is a vast land with no major amenities. After konza is malili then salama then sultan hamud. Sultan is about 200km from nairobi. The source of clean water is from kilimanjaro.

Guton enter are selling a plots at 130k 100*50ft the plots are only 500 meters from mombasa rd at Konza how authentic is this considering There was ban in land transaction in Athi Kitengela area.

10acres remaining from the 50acres that were up for grabs.
The land is located near the bypass that will connect Msa rd to Namanga Rd. The bypass will be the diversion of the long trucks so that they do not go via Nairobi on their way to deliver goods upcountry and to Uganda, etc. That means that towns will grow along that bypass the same way we have such towns as Mlolongo and the like. I would advice anyone with cash to spare to get as much land as he can along this bypass. The price is Ksh380,000 per Acre currently.Freehold.
Free Viewing of the above land is every saturday 9.30am and sunday 9.30am and 1.30pm.Serious buyers call me on 0722-231-543 or email me on millie.muturi@yahoo.com.

The most exciting project that we have currently is some 100Acres that is situated along the bypass that will connect Msa Rd to Namanga Rd.
The bypass will be the diversion of the long trucks so that they do not go via Nairobi on their way to deliver goods upcountry and to Uganda, etc. That means that towns will grow along that bypass the same way we have such towns as Mlolongo and the like.

The area is Konza,kajiado county.
The price is Ksh380, 000 per Acre.Ready Title, Freehold, free viewing. Viewing of the land is every Saturday and Sunday.

Remember, its strategic value is tacked away in the planned developments of the grand ICT CITY. Investing in land, as we always hear, is always a wise decision; investing in low cost land maximizes the return on every shilling invested.

Practically talking, let’s assume Mark buys land in Karen today costing
Ksh32M per acre. Within 1yr, this land may have risen to probably Ksh 42M.
The 10M rise in value is impressive to the eye but it is only 31.25%
increase in value. Mary goes and buys land that is costing Ksh. 380,000 per
acre in Konza today. Without a doubt, that land will be worth a minimum of
double the current price. That means 100% increase in value. In 1yr, if Mark
and Mary invested 32M each, Mark will be worth 42M while Mary, having bought
84 Acres valued at ksh760, 000X84acres= 63,840,000. In this case, Mark can
enjoy the status of owning a prime piece in Karen but in the real sense,
Mary invested in a much more lucrative deal though it looks like its in the
bush.

If you are not available on the said days feel free to let me know, i can arrange a visit to your convenience.
If interested call me up on 0722-231-543 or email me on millie.muturi@yahoo.com.

@kyt your figures are NOT correct, I have driven severally that direction up to Msa and Sultan Hamud CANNOT be 200kms from Nrb, that's the distance between Nrb and past Kibwezi which is 179km. see below the correct distance towards that direction from Nrb.

1. JKIA - Machakos turn off - 29kms
2. Nairobi Konza - 60km
3. Nairobi Sultan Hamud - 102km
4. Nairobi Emali - 115km
5. Nairobi Mtito Andei - 252kms

@addidaskawembe you are very correct.from nairobi cbd to konza is around 60kms.

Its good to view the land so as to make a wise and informed decision.

AM JUST WONDERING OUT ALOUD......this "strategy" of buying land because GoK has hinted there are plans for building this or that around the area...a mega project..trillion sh etc..is this really a good strategy business wise..where are the veterans...

I ask this because this is Kenya where Impunity rules and is the order of the day from GoK to the mtaa group..what happens if I have bought my 10 acres in Konza then all of a sudden there is a shift in GoK policy and they decide to go to Kajiado,Mandera,Lamu etc...the GoK will not be liable for any loss I may incur d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! d'oh! and if my speculation plans backfire so there will be no legal recourse...my point is...Is it worth it to trust GoK with your heard earned cash..for speculation purposes.....ni swali tu and I dont mean to put off anyone from these Konza euphoria.....

You speculate at your own peril. You take risk and hope all will be positive coz you can even be conned in this land game. The good thing with land buying is that the value keeps going up however slow this process may be. Do not get into this business blindly, do enough due dilligence and have a lot of faith. Better than stocks if you ask me.

Geographic coordinates. If you give me the coordinates, i can be able to locate the area/land in the maps. Some of us don't know where Konza is.

I Still think that people are confusing distance and displacement, konza is a far place a guy, 60kms id like thika and half, you take a longer period to travel to konza from Nairobi that thika and half to Nairobi. check your facts buddy, konza can never be 60kms from nairobi
