bought 1/8 from Lamka properties for 850k nov.2010.1km from kangarooz up the road just past parliament housing scheme(dont know which phase)From the search it looked like a genuine deal though the title processing is still ongoing.has anyone dealt with this company before?they have many parcels in syokimau and even got roads named after them!

Lamka named the road after themselves - after curving it from the land they subdivided and sold to individuals. I dont know much about their propriety of lack thereof. More importantly I have no reason to doubt them. Registration of titles (new ones) at Lands take time. Dunia ni msongamano..

There is a property development company called Property Reality that i bought an 1/8th from. All the plots have title deeds. Very legitimate and extremly proffesional. The only problem was they ask for a high deposit of 50% + and my pals are now been asked for 70% but i can recommend them. Talked to a guy called Moses Ooko 0725982981

Joska is even worse of late. They do not issue title deeds. After three years, I still cannot get the title deed even after paying for the land pronto. They used to be good a couple of yrs back but tamaa has set in. Wisdom to detect when share prices hit rock bottom.
When interest on bonds keep going up, you know the bear run is on high street. When interest on bonds start leveling, the bear has met the bull and they have hit rock bottom. When the interest rates on bonds start coming down, the bull has overpowered the bear and you better be riding the bull.

I may be wrong. Let's see what Caramba comes up with I remember warning Caramba about these plots sometimes back. I just didn't know that it had affected so many people. Poleni sana. Hope something will be done about it.
