I need a contractor to build a four bedroomed Massionnette for me away from Nairobi.I'm looking for one whose total cost of the project will range from kshs 14,000 to 20,000 per square foot.I have goon through the a4architect thread and I know this is possible.any offers?

@ sanity. To be able to keep construction costs that low, you will need to also ensure that the overall design is optimized for cost reduction e.g the shape, technology used , materials specified and as @ pessa^^^ has said, a cost-effective construction procurement method-labour-based.

@pessa,you're right its sqm not sqft..The clerk of works seems to be expensive at 40-50k a month. well,I will be available to supervise,though not on a daily basis since as I indicated the project will be outside Nairobi.My thinking was there are good contractors who would be less expensive than those big firms and are honest enough to do a good job.I'm willing to make some adjustments but not much.
