The whole debacle on Agwambo's 'major ethnic support', 'tribe' that voted for him was really fascinating. Anya knows nothing about Kenya's politics as related to geographical mapping and constituency separation.

I think Uhuru did better than I expected, and came across quite sober and serious.

I wish he didn't go around talking rubbish before he went to Hague...it would have given his behavior on the stand yesterday credibility in my eyes.

BTW, this is my opinion, pls don't crucify me.

Me I think the people who should be at the Hague are those who stole the votes in 2007; beginning with those who facilitated midnight swearing-in ceremony and the one who accepted to be sworn in at that ridiculous hour.
Thats when njustice will be served.

Othaura falls squarely in this category.

Uhuru presented his case well but the question is, is he innocent ? Tutangoja uamuzi wa mahakama.

I repeat if no suspect is nailed I, fear for my country.
Those celebrating , the shoe may be in the other leg come 2013.where will we get the justice? At home no justice ?at the hague no justice? tutaenda wapi tukiwa IDPS .God help us.
There are still IDPS in the camp , if Raila has to be taken to the Hague to get these people out of the IDP camps so be it.

So its better to nail an innocent suspect so that you can feel good about it ama what do you mean. Kenyans have always known who was behind PEV with calls for mass killings..... eer sorry i meant "action".
No one is celebrating, not yet anyway. Just relieved.

Is he innocent or did ocampo do a shoddy job or are his lawyers just too good for Ocampo?

One thing is for sure the truth will one day come to the light.
The creator of the IDPs and the innocent lives that were unnecessarily lost is watching and he will repay for them. This is the highest court of appeal to the hopeless and helpless.I say again if it takes Raila to be charged so be it .
Its a shame to go to the next elections without anyone who contributed to the chaos being taken to account for it.

The truth has always been with us, we need to call it as it is rather than burying our heads. Like UK pointed out Rao is not the first person to have ever lost a presidential race.
As for UK's innocence, what evidence is there that he actually funded a mungiki attack other than what Rao portrayed? I don't believe Ogwampo did shoddy work, he simply doesn't have the evidence!
What Rao wanted was for Ocampo to summon the six suspects, they fail to appear and they are arrested. Raila's lies could not sustain a charge even in a banana republic.
By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...

UK had been very well coached. he did not address Ocambo directly. every time he wanted a repeat of a question he was like 'Madam president, i don't understand what hes talking about'...and in another instance 'madam president i think the prosecutor does not understand how our govt works, we don't have local government police' that killed it for Ocambo
It is obvious whoever made Ocampo to be the prosecutor has nothing between his ears. The guy cannot even express himself properly. He never did his homework. Unless he is acting incompetent, he should do something else for a living.

If the swearing in was not done pronto, Rao would have gone ahead and sworn himself in. You don't give half a chance to Rao as he would take it all. In other words, the late afternoon swearing in was for strategic purposes as Rao intended to do a violent Orange Revolution in the country.

Shifting goal posts much? So now its not who facilitated/condoned the killings but the alleged theft of elections (Krieglar didnt find tangible evidence for this too). Mind you both sides stole votessmile
