The Ugandan president started by introducing his ministers to the Kenyan delegation. The first to be introduced was the minister of PORTS, to which the kenyan delegation gave a slight chuckle after his introduction. Wondering what the amusement was all about the Ugandan president asked - "What's so funny?" in response the Kenyans said - "Minister of PORTS?, you are a landlocked country thus no ports". The Ugandan president then retorted - "but you people have the ministry of justice too! don't you?"
Foolish kenyan delegation, aren't there airports, container freight stations, inland container depots etc in uganda? These are port and port extentions too. So many in Uganda. Remember also the lake victoria, there are ports on these waters too, example Port Bell. Museveni would have just told them you have nothing between your ears.
