confirmation is a near foregone conclusion. the judges have a reputation to keep for pushing the cases to this stage. they can drop utmost 1-2 persons. but as i stated a couple of days ago, i do not see more than 1 person getting convicted after full trial. unless the prosecutor gets off his butt, the evidence is simply bullshit in a full trial. ogambo will not be around for the full trial which is probably good for the prosecution.

So the point is not justice but to get some people out of the way? What makes you think Kenya will have moved on? Moved on from tribal politics ?

It means you don't care about innocent ppl being dragged through the ICC process to deny them a chance at the presidency while the real culprits enjoy a ride to the presidency. As far as your candidate is safe, you don't care about those at The Hague. Very unfair if you ask. Kenya can never move on with imposters.

With hindsight, what he did was smart. Very smart. Knowing what he was going to do, smiling with all those people in the lifts as they opened car doors for him....and he knew he was going for them.

While the atmosphere was still conducive, when he got a little bit of sunshine he basked in it.

How many of us can re arrange our thoughts and actions like that?

I say most of us have tunnel vision. We cannot fit in seemingly unrelated pieces of the jig saw puzzle, on opposite ends of the board simultaneously.

A case or irresponsible wazuan who does not care whether justice is applied or not as long as his "saint" imposter of the west is in state house.

Thinking that the country will 'move on' because some folks are on trial is being naive. If Raila is beaten in 2012 and declares mass action, you can be sure everyone will have their panga at the ready.
All my friends are heathens, take it slow. Wait for them to ask you who you know. Please don't make any sudden moves.

Hope this will never come to pass; if our saint ask for mass action I am sure the ukuyus will not be caught unaware again and what will be unleashed will not be pangas

And this time, we are not going to wait for one month to chinja.

We at least know Ocampo will go for the wrong suspects.

We now have lethal weapons on the ready. If justice cannot be upheld, to hell with fairness.

By the way, who is we?
