NOPE you are confusing the term leasehold(has a term limit of about 99yrs in most cases less and reverts back to the state after the expiry of the lease I think no burial permit can be issued for such land tenor) and freehold(no term limit you own the land exclusively you ca even be buried init if you want since no rates are charged on it.)
