On one hand, on the other hand, Ocampo has no case....funny!!!

Simonkabz, where can justice be found if 4 years down the line no one has been charged at home? Including those you perceive to be most responsible?If Hague nails anyone who contributed in one way to the chaos I think we will be on track to giving justice to those who had their children burnt in church , homes burnt, penises cut, heads slushed etc.

Hague should act as a scarecrow to our ruthless leaders who can do anything to gain power or stay in power.If hague fails we will be minced meat

@user, u are very right, but;
1. I expected more/different suspects whom I feel are the most guilty as to having caused n initiated the violence.
2. I expected LMO to have a watertight case following no. 1.
I'm not happy with MO.

Simon has made interesting points though I did not understand some terminology he used (the CAH and STRUCTUAL). But then again if the 6 are acquitted, I can be assured there will be shouts of 'justice has been delivered' and such.

Anyway, UK near-fanatical following is not in question here. Lolest already alluded to that in so many words.

UK, I gather, is only a victim of perceptions. Perceptions of being a hero and villain. But if he is perceived as a hero who is being sacrificed in connection to the chaos necessitated by others, then could it be that he might be connected to the chaos necessitated by others? It is the link between him and the chaos. The link..

This is why Martha Karua who also did her best but not through chaos is not perceived as a heroine but neither also a villain. So I think.

What role has got the feelings in all this?

No one in Kenya should harbour stupid thoughts as those which being propagated by ODM that they can suppress one community and leave the country running. These guys made supporters believe that all kyuks have gained wealth illegally and with govt support. When the violence started, Philip Ochieng predicted that revenge attacks would happen. It happened just as he predicted.

All you can do is all you can do; but all you can do is enough!
