Ali's lawyer : Really? Really? Ogambo, really? Why is my client here in the first place?

I don't think its raila who has to prove he didn't plan the naivasha attacks. Uhurus call for peace can be flipped to be pretense same way uhurus lawyer is saying raila's calls for peaceful demonstrations were not

Guys here dont seem to know the requirement of UK defence, evidence at he had nothing to do with Naivasha is all that is required, to me these are just empty heads out to act and get a bite of Jommo's wealth!!!!

Sharpness is the ability to always be aware of oneself (as an individual-recognisinng one's biases and knowing that others too have a right to some bias) at any one time.

Let the judges, prosecution and defence teams do their work.

Have a at your regular coin. There are two sides with the greatest surface are and then a smaller third "side" - the height. Many here are just on either of this ugly coin.

Please. Dont be taken in by the defence lawyers demeanor. How they are speaking is what can be termed as 'chiasm'.

That is saying something in one way then repeating it in another so that they appear 'different' or 'unique' to the undiscerning ear.

Then they throw in a few punchlines to try to unsettle the individuals opposite..

There is really nothing new they said, come to think of it.

The clips played by Uhurus lawyers are not helping the case.the questions he should be answering are: did he pay mungiki? Was there ameeting at state house? Is the sum of kshs 3m true or fiction? Did he hold other meetings referred to by ocampo? Trying to hang on rao as he is being swept away will only make matters worse.

The dilema with LMO is that he didnt conduct the investigations and he knows he didnt, he relied on some report(s).

He could have had a better chance if he named only 2 suspects.

1. Emilio Mwai Kibaki
2. Raila Amolo Ondiga

The fact that he acted like a politicial stooge, dragging 3 "suspects" from each side of the political devide then; will be used as evidence aganist him.

Credibility of ICC is at stake. In the end, the judges may not confirm charges due to a large extent failure by LMO to gather conclusive evidence to warrant full trial.

In one of the clips I thought I saw the man saying they will call upon 1 million people to uhuru part in a peaceful demonstration....or something like that.

In the same breath they show short clips of uhuru restraining his people.

So they ask that from those video, uhuru be believed that he was only doing peace while the other man was not? I take it he was also doing peace.

Are they trying to exonerate the man? Remember William Ruto had said he was the head of the net work. Didnt they, couldnt they synchronise their strategies? If they wanted him that bad?

Well spoken, LMO (Sounds Limau) should have nailed the mother devils instead of the six imps. The PEV was fought because of two people, and only two ppl who were starring in the epic movie, Laira Emolo and Omilio Kifaki. Anything else was about supporting casts in the movie.

it doesn't mean the six are innocent since they were fighting other peoples fight, if they ever were involved anyway.
if the evidence he purports to have points to only the six then he can only pursue the six and not the other two.
