Good people,

I have a friend who just returned and is looking for a place to shield the head from the harsh city. he wants a one bedroomed house around parklands, kileleshwa, hurlingham, etc for the time being... Is it possible to get something for kindu 25-30k max urgently? Nothing expensive. Can view kesho if available.

Try joe on 0725817817. He has houses kwa kila corner. Usimlipe kabla kuona nyumba, money confuses him, otherwise he's a good guy. Kama wataka kinoo, tell me i ask my buddies to take u around. Nyayo estate pia is a nice place and can get with that mbeca just incase your friend would want to consider those areas

I have called this guy coz I also want a house. he is asking for a service charge of 3k even before you see the house. How viable is this ama ni agent wa kula pesa tu?
