How does 'safcon' make its billions? Check your itemized bills and you will note that on a daily basis there is a small charge for GPRS even if you do not use the facility.Complaints to this effect illicit response that you will be refunded but this does not happen.Anybody out there who has suffered the same.

Apparently i know someone who has a line that Doesnt charge GPRS..how much more would they be making from such lines?
