1] Your parents 2] Your church/mosque 3] Your husband/wife 4] Yourself Those are the best and most reliable resources. the rest are just people trying to make a quick buck out of you!

The way they are listed is the correct one. Your best parenting teacher is your parent This is not the same as saying the way they did it was the best. @ali... many of us want to live life all at once i.e you want o read a book/class and know everything about life. There is a reason the almighty split it into day and night... live day at a time.. just like you parent a day at a time. I have attended one of those classes ( the last one)and realized that everyone has their opinions/ preferences and experiences and they work for them. It is good to listen but also live your life. The one I attended, and it was very insightful, was one conducted by Life Ministry somewhere next to Transworld radio offices just behind Ngong Road! I forget the name though.

To answer your question, there are classes offered by Navigators who are on Kindaruma Road Off Ngong Rd. It's a 12 week program and very insightful in parenting. It costs Ksh 2900 per person. This includes a manual worth Kshs 400 and breakfast for the twelve weeks. I am a 'graduate' and i recommend them highly. You can email mukolweoffice@navigatorskenya.org to check when the next class is due. Happy Parenting!
....above all, to stand.

The highlighted reminds me of a quote seen somewhere that "Learn from mistakes of your parents, use birth control pills" smile
"Never regret, if its good, its wonderful. If its bad, its experience."
