can i reach you to talk about the KIM katani plots from 2009? I got two then through a Fred but I have not been there since. I am curious what the value is like now.

@kiterunner, same here! Bought two thro someone, got the title but have no clue where they are located. I hear the valu is appreciating esp if its strategically located. Will try and follow up then i will update you. Cheers

many thanks, i have found this website to be extremely resourceful, someone should compile all the info into a book. I have been struggling to collect info on finances and investments but I have never come close to so much reliable info at ago. Kudos everyone for sharing your experiences. This is going to be my new social forum.

[-x 170K A QUARTER? may be there is another Utawala.......the one i know, 40x80 is 800k... u better visit the 'utawala' before u commit ur hard earned cash..... check the value for Tamarid Properties, which is beyond utawala and u will have a clue....its like saying a plot is along Mombasa rd, bu in real seance, its mombasa rd near Voi.[-x

@maina20,
the thread started in 2009,we are in 2011 though the price was way above the 170k.

hi i bought an 1/8 through this KIM project and i want to dispose it
any idea how much they are going at, will appreciate your ideas

the plots are located past KATANI shopping centre and neighbours a chinese kware company.
