Rank: Hello Joined: 9/18/2011 Posts: 1		Does any one know the zoning or where i can get the zoning information of how high and how many units you can build in kileleshwa off githunguri road 1.2 acres facing state house in helping you to decide whether to buy a plot? New to this stuff so any info would be helpful. Thanks

Rank: Elder Joined: 6/27/2008 Posts: 4,114		I have seen them going as high as 8 floors up... of course you have to fit lifts, both as a statutory requirement and as a market demand - nobody will lease/buy from you if you don't have lifts in such a high building... Nothing is real unless it can be named; nothing has value unless it can be sold; money is worthless unless you spend it.
