I saw some plots today, size 40x60, going for 120k. 6km frm Thka rd. Entrance @ Turaco karibu na muigai inn. Is it a deal or overated? I have not dealt with land agents before, what do i need to verify/ensure deal is clean? Payment u can make in 3months. Ningetaka ushauri jameni.

40*60 looks like a good deal for 120k. 6km not too far...esp for a long term investment.

@dannd2008, i have a better plan...the guys selling this land are pple i have nt seen or known at a personal level. In all my land dealings, i always prefer dealing with pple i know or trustd referals. Had also sent my bro to check for me and he's just brought some news..there is a group selling plots in ndururumo ruiru. He knows half of the group at a personal level and they fellowshp same church. 40x80, still 6km frm thka rd is 180k. Payment, 3months. 40x60, 4km frm thka rd 270k. I'm thinking its better to go for this new option...i'm more @ peace as compared to the guys selling @ 120k....
