If you want your share prices to appreciate, just announce that the company is ''looking to move into Real Estate'' You will know what a rally is! Doesn't matter if the market is in a bullish or bearish sentiment. I even vouch for the 10 percent rule to be waived when such announcements are made
NOTE: This rule only works if you are in a totally different field e.g. Agriculture, Condom/Battery Making, etc.
And if you had already indicated that you had plans of entering this market and your share tanked 40 percent in 1 week, then it seems there is no hope. Management should not mention Real Estate in their prospectus but wait to make a dramatic announcement when the share is down and nearly tapping out

Some stocks are toilet bowls, for as guru once told me, they are akin to flushing money down the toilet. Maybe the CMA should add a new segment to the ones they recently incorporated: 'Toilet Bowls'
