which area in nairobi or nakuru can i get a plot with 150K, preferably in a middle income area.

Hata mashambani hautapata plot na hiyo pesa. And remember, buying a plot involves more than paying the money to the seller, you have to enter into legal agreements, pay the requisite fees and followup on title deed. I laugh when most of my friends make a bee line to 'buy share certificates' just because they saw an advert on the papers. When truth will emerge one day, all the people boasting of being plot owners will be shocked that they are holding nothing but fake papers and the sellers have long dissapeared. approach land and plot buying with a lot of caution and care. do due diligence checks on everything you put your money to

With 120k, u can get a plot size 40X60, 7km frm Thka rd around darasha. Ingilia kimbo karibu na turaco.

for sure you can get at that amount only that the size shall be smaller. I nakuru town you can get 2X5m strip for that amount if am not wrong translating to about 60m if yous were doing an acre other factors held constant.

You can get in Kajiado; about 15km from town, at 100k an acre.
The laudable is more often than not rendered laughable by overclaim
