In today's DN pg 30 Eveready Kenya is sellign a residential property in Muthaiga through public tender. Reserve price 150million KSHS.

Infact with good investments and putting in mind the current price of 2 Kes, it would make Paka9 the best stock to buy if they promise a dividend every year!
