Hi SKs
My friend is in the process of buying an Isuzu Giga and wants to use it to supply only ballast and sand within Nairobi. He will buy Sand and ballast from Mulongo.
Assistance from those in the know.
1.On average - How many trips would he be able to do per day assuming he has orders?
2. On average,how much should he expect per day less costs.
3. How much should he set aside for maintenance for a year 2002 truck from japan.
Will appreciate any input and will give feedback after 1 month.

From what I gather,its much easier to hire it to a contractor. Roads contractors hire 25ton gigas for about 380K pm.
