@doh,your 20ft container is worth 140k,and i see a 30ft container at 70k. Please clarify on the anomaly or what special features your have. otherwise was thinking of going the container housing. this is a technology used in industrialised countries where used containers are converted to residential houses . ill do the financials later but they would be far much cheaper,at times stronger ( comparing to flats in mathare,k south and other similar developments) and faster to construct than the conventional stone houses. kindly provide a reasonable cost for procuring of a 40 ft,30ft,and 20ft container including transport (in mileage).
