No, they are just asking why ocampo chose to exclude raila as a suspect yet he was mentioned as a financier and as the head of the attackers by witness 6. It could mean the blam lay elsewhere. Its just trying to punch holes into ocampos case

their argument is - WHY DID OGAMBO CHOOSE TO BELIEVE PART OF THE STORY OF WITNESS 6 I.E KOSGEY, RUTO, SANG CHERAMBOSS E.T.C BUT NOT THE PART ABOUT RAILA?
the prosecutor is on record saying that they have no evidence on raila then presenting a witness who says exactly that!
