hehe...haters, Kenya will be thrown into shock when those 3 are released! SHOCK! for waiting for justice from a white man who does not have a clue of what is going on!

OGAMBO is a typical UN employee i.e. very very incompetent...perhaps a budding lawyer with enough social experience would try this case better....remember the reason they are having this pretrial is for the accused to disapprove the prosecution's evidence NOT TO JITETEA!
the way forward is only one - OGAMBO'S evidence is utter rubbish (no wonder he has not been able to convict anyone mbaka leo) remember the story of the 3 little pigs? OGAMBO'S evidence is like a house of straw! the defence are huffing and puffing and blowing it away with the greatest of ease!

kumbuka OGAMBO was supposed to look for exonerating evidence of the accused....he has to show that he did not cherry pick summary statements from anonymous witnesses for what was relevant to his case!

How I wish it was WAKI on Ekaterina's seat... he would have understood the issues better and realized earlier on that LMO needed a better case.

I think Ocampo should have hired some local lawyers to work for the prosecution....They would have crucified the defence since they understand properly the dynamics of kenya politics...if that was not possible at least he could have hired African lwayers,nigerians,ugandas etc..I believe that would make the prosecution stronger in some way..
