I saw her cross examine Bishop Kosgey I was impressed Ocampo should have given her the all case...But looking at her line of questioning she was really specific on the crimes committed and every witness ended up agreeing with her that pple were displaced,lives were lost and property looted or burnt.

Just when it looked like things were going so well for the three suspects... Now Ocampo can justify his point of not calling witnesses because they'll be in danger.

This puts serious pressure on the DPP and to some extent the AG. What are they going to do given that the GoK has been talking consistently about jurisdiction?

I FELT HER QUESTIONS WERE OBVIOUS ANYONE WHO READS OR WATCHES TV KNOWS - UNLESS THEY WERE ASKED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF ADDING TO THE LIST OF OFFENCES (PERADVENTURE THE 6 GO FOR TRIAL)

Otherwise she did nothing to prove that the said crimes were attributable to the accused 6....Ama I am missing a point. in the current state of stuff - her questions were as useful as fresh breath is to a telephone operator! nice to have but totally useless at in determining whether the evidence OGAMBO provided was any good.

After reading the transcript of keters call to Kass in the Nation, i think Chana was misinformed. It doesnt appear as tough. Infact, it doesnt have the word Nandi and does not threaten the suspects

Totally agree. Her questioning did not add or substract any value to or from Ocampo's evidence. But I guess it is not supposed to. Victims are only given an opportunity to appear thro counsel to tell their story rather than to prove the guilty of the suspects/accused.
