anyone knows good area where there are large scale plots subdvisions? someone told me they are allways cheaper than second hand sales

That's why i have been asking about companies like DAYKIO and NDATANI. I want those kind of plots too, with flexible payment terms if possible

i bought one with ndatani in utawala a year ago, think they got some remaining

I have written to them, but no replies yet @ coloner. What kind of payment plan did they have? How about the title deed issue...did it come out in time? I have read here that Daykio titles delay

my title was out in time,among best company to deal with though i think their properties are abit pricey
