mortgage or bank loan?

am wondering what is cheaper,is it taking a mortgage or taking a bank loan,get cash money and build?

The interest paid on a mortgage is tax deductible to a maximum of ksh 150,000 a year. In English, this means you will reduce your taxes by ksh 45,000 (30% of 150,000) each year.

You have to factor in the cost of land now and also the purported increase in cost of materials and you will find that you may spend the same as an already built house. The comfort is that your own house will be custom built. I think that this is the advantage left by the building of one's own home.

you need to do more researching mate, building yourself is and will be allways cheaper than buying, not only in building even brewing your own beer, infact they dfference s allways more than a quarter.
