It is only wise to wait for the gods of justice to do their thing at Hague but some ninjas are full of chutzpah and shiet you will think they work for ICC and they know the whole dossier or they experts in international law.
It is like guilty till proven innocent in here!

@madollar depends on you definition of 'crimes against humanity'
It is in public domain that people were killed,property was destroyed and people are still living in tents not only in rift Valley but in 6 out of 8 provinces.

Oops! Seconded. Thats the general mood here. Notice the unsubstantiated bashing of suspects, witnesses n their lawyers (except ocampo of course) based on accent sijui kisungu....as if Ekaterina, Hans n ocampo are any better in their expression! Fm a neutral stand, if ICC is to withstand the test of integrity n professionalism, LMO has already lost, largely due to incompetence/indolence. We all know of some criminals still roaming free, living off our taxes and thieving mbirrions at will....
