This is very tricky, looking at the offers, it appears that someone has spread his in batches of 2 million shares at,9, 9.50 and 10.

I am speculating that its one of the guys who sold part of their holdings before today.

DRAKE: Don't take that "mistake" to the bank.What sh 6.00 mistake?It was the market value at that moment.If indeed it was a mistake,then,that's a fraud against the seller by the buyer and his brokers.Those brokers de-fraud investors this way while "buying" cheap shares for themselves.
