A review of Kenyan Lawyers at the ICC 1 . Kioko 10kgs- Very sensational more like the client wanting to rope in those not on ocampos list with every eveidence. Seems to me the defence team is accepting liability and telling the court we have compatriotes out there. 2. Katwa Kigen-Not very coherent in building his defence, lacks planning and composure thus comes around as not knowing why he is at the ICC for. 3. George Oraro-Well aversed as a defence council, keen to seperate his client from the grouping of Ruto and may just achieve that as much coz only one prosecution witness believes his client participated in the PEV. my two cents The problem with the world is that the intelligent people are full of doubts while the stupid ones are full of confidence

The PEV was no rumour. But Ocampo is using rumours to press on his case. Very unfortunate, incompetence at its best, at least thus far. TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

This is when you realize the Europeans are actually not as smart as we have always thought. The proceedings read like a scene from a very bad drama acted by pigs and monkeys. It is all stage managed to achieve what the pinks want. Period. We should have held these suspects including raila amolo ojinga and muigai kenyata into account hapahapa by lynching them at Uhuru park. The signature of God runs in all things. Only fools fail to see it and believe in Him. However, others see it even where non exists - now you see where the false pastor comes in.

All the same, those who have their vested interests (excluding the suspects) with or without sufficient evidence will determine how it goes. Lord, thank you!

From the way things are shaping up, this is not a case to end impunity in Kenya, but to settle political scores and gain capitalism. It is quite clear to me that, so far, Ogambo seems to have done a worse job than PLO in the Mbarire bribe case, but guess who will decide whether the evidence is suufecient to hang the six.... The white boys ofcourse... Look at Iraq,,Afghanistan, Libya... the 'culprits' never won despite there being no evidence of WMD to date. Now those countries have gone to the dogs..... Cry my beloved nation. I Think Therefore I Am

Cry my beloved nation. All of you are on to something. I am itching to make a prediction along the same lines then qualify it but I will hold my horses. I told someone earlier that they, one way or another, always get what they want and he went ballistic on me. I let him continue dreaming. He still is. Anyway, let me put it this way, there are points to be made to the world. These points are not about 'pinks' or capitalism. Ocampo does not even feature in them, he is on his way out. Taken in isolation, these 'random occurrences' in the world might not make sense. But consolidating them all gives a terrifying picture how this world is going to be governed. Yes, governed. I made peace with what they are doing some time back. Opposing it amounts to nought, and only gives a sore throat. It starts at the UN.

LOL
I'll wait till the next batch appears on 21st... youll see the full swing 'wakoroni' watapata...
if Uhuru was not in that list.. Ruto and company would be roasting alone with Kenya not giving a damn about it.. but now since a hereditary chief is in the mix.. Kenya will never be the same again
who do you think fixed the ODM side... Its the 'government' then thinking that ODM carried the bloodshed thus needed to be punished
Whom do you think anikad the PNU side.. its the ODM fellows and sympathisers who knew who said what where and how... thats why there was a chorus sometime back that went... "When you are investigating PEV's wale waliiba kura pia wachunguzwe"
thats when fools were setting each other up. and when you realise your 'friend' fixed you up.. under the heat... you'll fix him up proper. muende what ngumo refered to as 'suluu'

BTW, for those who may not be aware, like our own prime pig and his ball boy Nyang'au, the UN is a sham, a corrupt and evil entity to keep very far away from. Not that I care about the hague 6 that much, but all I can see is injustice on the 6, with RAO laughing his arse off..........It may serve as a lesson to us all, but the real perpetrators are still here in Kenya, occupying high offices and that makes me sick. The day the likes of Nyang'au will be defending their sorry behinds is when I shall die of laughter.......... TULIA.........UFUNZWE!

sadly @simonkabz one has to be smart enough
the old geezers as we know them still outpace 'vijana viongozi wa sasa'
why do you think HK can distance himself from WR so blatantly..
We all 'know' wealthy former MPig who planned some youth activities in Naivasha and Nakuru.. quite at home retiring well.. while UK is facing the brunt...

And according to one Ole Itumbi, Ocampo is busy coaching witnesses. See his source of info :- http://www.wikileakskeny...ith-what-he-told-ocampo
What i am wondering is, did he not even counter check the dates? ABK. ....above all, to stand.

Relax dear. The videos and evidence being exhibited will have to be proven to have been shot or taken on the material dates and time. Expect the computer geeks and nerds to examine each pixel after this. Its just getting started.

Ekaterina pissed off by Oti....you are constantly looking at the defence side instead of the chamber...we are not pleased that you have not heeded my plea to face the chamber....wah!

because of witnesses Otieno's inconsistency, I doubt whether the chamber will take anything he says seriously... He can't even take simple instructions from the presiding judge i.e. To address the bench. If you are an eagle don't hang around with chickens; chickens don't fly....
