Kosgey and Ruto are in the same boat...hakuna mambo ya separating one from the other. The only person who i think can distance himself from the other two is Sang, unfortunately he has a confused lawyer.

I admire the way HK has handled himself-he has not spoken out with spite any one occasion,and his lawyer is a really sharp fellow.
As for AS he needs to realize that his lawyer is defending the 1st defendant and not the 3rdShame on you Shame on you

I pray that AS stops smiling at the back bench and instead summon his lawyer to remind him his job

With every passing day, I think Ocampo loose ground on his charges against these guys....mixed up dates? location of suspects on the said dates....What will become of this?

No so fast, remember a day has 24hrs, the defence is only showing us what happened in fractions of a day!!!....for they are behaving as if this has gone to full trial, if Ocampo will have a chance to respond and he still can't prove a thing then I will join in giving up!!!

@Mcdoba,
My exact thinking.....The "suspects"....I'll actually laugh at this word coz one stupid lawyer reffered to Ruto as "SUSPECT".Madam was not amused and she did remind the jinga lawyer that Ruto is his client and not suspect....Some things)....anyway,this is pre-trial and i believe someone is getting into the trap.The onus lies with LMO and he is not your other day lawyer.....Someone borrow the cell keys.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

@ Njung'e, Ocampo's record at the ICC suggests that he might be a bit overrated. This guy might disappoint alot of people. If he's currently having problems dealing with akina Ruto how they hell will he nail UK, FM and Ali....especially after the judges threw out some of the charges he'd raised against them? I bet their lawyers are just licking their lips after what they've seen so far....also remember one of the lawyers in Ocampo's camp moved to FM's defense team, lack of confidence in him perhaps!
