Well, the witness said:
1. he has been paid before by the defendant for a job. This gives the perception he can be paid by the defendant to do something, right? e.g appear as a witness....when he only sells milk from his cows for a living........ The judges' follow up questions was not for nothing, something about influence over the witness.
2. there are two statements that are directly relevant to the case that he both signed but which the defence has kept hidden even from the impartial judges. The defence can surely do without additional pressure like this.
Too much information, verbal and non verbal, can be good yet also not good. Lets wait and see.
