Cherambos only met Ruto in his own home in 2009, a courtesy call that never lasted 10min. Dude was quite hostile to the prosecution lady, who in turn was rather incoherent, often being rescued by the presiding judge. Next episode...

madam-lawyer-for-victims: do you agree that crimes occured in rift valley? (or something like that)

Cheramboss: yes......

he should have said no. had there been no crime, there could have been no case, for crimes have to be tried......just my thoughts.

Well, the witness said:

1. he has been paid before by the defendant for a job. This gives the perception he can be paid by the defendant to do something, right? e.g appear as a witness....when he only sells milk from his cows for a living........ The judges' follow up questions was not for nothing, something about influence over the witness.

2. there are two statements that are directly relevant to the case that he both signed but which the defence has kept hidden even from the impartial judges. The defence can surely do without additional pressure like this.

Too much information, verbal and non verbal, can be good yet also not good. Lets wait and see.

So far Ogambo is doing very badly. Now am starting to understand why he has never won a case he brought himself. Watching the defence taking his witnesses and their statements apart reminds me of Boston Legal..If this goes to full trial..I'll be vindicated that it is the Americans behind it all. Cant wait for kina Ali's season.

You think?....Look at this ujinga;

He wondered how Mr Kosgey could become a mastermind of a plan which had been operating since 2006 with a hierarchical order, carrying out meetings and collecting funds.

but to me,the second case starting 21st is easier than this one.Its all about;

Statehouse meeting to plot with mungiki which will be difficult to proof.I wait to see which witness will confirm he attended the said meeting.No photographic evidence,number of attendees,minutes etc. Ocampo will definately loose.

Shoot to kill order alleged given by Police commissioer.Again,these are rumours collected by KNHCR and forced down the throat of Ocampo.No written info or circular as is command within police force.Ocampo's dilenma.

Go slow on PNU followers ans spare them is what Ocampo accuses Muthaura of.This again is rumours and is stretching logic to far.

Just because PEV happened does not mean that whoever goes to the ICC is guilty. It is plain to all that investigations were shoddy and at best incomplete. Just because Saddam was hanged does not mean that Iraq was better for the Iraqis. It got worse.
