Personally id say when the index it at 3000 points and below and or a few months to elections that would be the time.

U failed to mention what is of interest to me...dividend yield. When I accumulate downwards my yields go up. When the market goes up I have both capital gains and income yields better than short term money mkt rates. Income is hard cash, book losses are book losses.

For that to work U need resilient and dominant companies, BUSINESS WISE, not aneamic companies like Access Ke which might never leave the trench even when the market rebounds. Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly
