Good Job Ezekiel Kemboi and Brimin Kipruto!!!!!

Lakini allow me to nung'unika a little. The 3000 metre steeple chase podium is our sacred table. No guests are invited hata kuonja Bronze medal so that French man was in the wrong place. Next time (Olympics 2012) Richard Mateelong lazima ujitahidi to take your rightful place at the table.

Guka, we have been overtaken just because we dont participate in other events like throwing the shotput, hammer, javelin....where are the Kogalo fans with their throwing 'talent' ??

Guka uko nyuma kama magoti ya kuku. Russia overtook us yesterday. Anyway we shall be having the 5,000 women's final toady. If they can replicate the sweep like they did in the 10,000 meters then we shall pass them again.

ā€œIā€™m the happiest man that is why I had to dance my best. My friend Usian Bolt remember was not in the finals and he would have danced well if he won and today I had to do for Usain Bolt and me.ā€ says Ezekiel Kemboi

Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly ....It would be our podium, with medals alternating between Kibra and Nyanzasmile...i am assuming the event would be carried out in an open field, otherwise our athletes would send the missiles out of the stadiumLaughing out loudly ....if not into the next town.smile

Ethipia ladies must go back to the drawing board

Kenya won all the medals in the long distance category (marathon, 10000 and 5000) except for the bronze that they got in the 5K race!!!
