Am new to property business and I hav interest to buy a plot in Nairobi. I wak far from Nairobi but a friend of mine suggested that I shuld seek the help of a sacco to obtain a plot since they tend to be open.
With so many conmen I gave his idea a try n visited a renowned sacco afta which they told me they hav some plots at Kajiado county fo its members but with an increased fee fo non members.
The price is low compared to those other plots around Isinya area.
Thea r only ten plots remaining but am still undecided.
Anyone out who has eva dealt in such a deal or is informed please advise.

In your position I would consider if the said plot serves my need.
Are you investing to settle or to resell at a return or to construct rental houses?
Whatever your objective is a plot in the said area going to achieve the same? If yes go for it. I don't think conmanship has gone as far as a Sacco getting into such business. Unless the sacco was conned when buying in the first place. However you could be hearing the proverbial small voice warning you and you may thus need to listen keenly to what that voice is saying.
