The current Physio is not really sure of anything. Vermaelen has now been ruled out for 2 months after undergoing surgery....Wilshere is also out for 2 months. Is Abou Diaby still an Arsenal player? If someone had told Wenger Wilshere would be out for a while maybe he would have signed another midfielder before the end of the transfer window.
Here's how Arsenal's latest maverick 'reverse healing process', whereby they manage to make injuries worse, rather than better, panned out over the past few weeks.
August 1: After Jack Wilshere limps out of a friendly, Wenger expresses hope he'll be fit to play against Benfica the following week. "He's a quick healer usually, and a tough boy."
August 12: Wenger reveals that Wilshere will now miss the start of the Premier League season; but it's "hopefully short-term...we hope he will be back soon."
August 23: Wenger reveals that Wilshere has "had a setback"; three more weeks out.
September 4: Wilshere informs his followers on Twitter "I can confirm I will be out for around 2-3 months."
..."Wewe ni mtu mdogo sana....na mwenye amekuandika pia ni mtu mdogo sana!".
