Tuju's bid may end up being very similar to Uhuru's bid in 2002.
Uhuru was from the main opposition leader's backyard and was chosen to take on the NAK leader.
Tuju is from Raila's backyard and may just be chosen as a compromise candidate for the PNU Alliance.
I just listened to this guy on Hope FM and he sounds really inspiring. He has a clear plan and sounds like he has the drive to lead this country.
I do not like however his emphasis on the youth. There is no such constituency as the youth-if at all it does exist it must be very small. It's just like talking about a women's constituency.
For Tuju to win, he has to win the backing of PNU or form a coalition with similar 'clean' candidates like PK. Any other way will be a cropper.
I am watching him...
