I noticed that the applications already in are in the region of 8k too for the 900 acres and you can either do a minimum of one acre...so now?d'oh! d'oh!

Very skeptical abt ths offer.Looks like a con to me.if its true they have received 7 offers to but the entire land,why bother with the rest(thousands) who would force u to subdivide.
