Mbarire has an upper hand in the whole saga because of the following

1, Her beauty is beguiling and captivating
2, Her IQ is definitly above that of Lumumba

Is it Cecil or Lumumba who is exposed here? What really prompted Lumush to run to the media with an SMS in hand? Why did he not tell us that he had invited 'corruption suspects' to fundraise for his personal foundation? Why invite people to your house then videograph them? Why would a whole director of KACC wait for someone in his office from 4.30 a.m?

Me says someone is running from something and this is but a distraction?

We dissed AR, but he never stooped this low!

Lumumba has actually lost it-i couldn't believe my eyes when i saw him holding out his phone for journalists to take snapshots of the txt

He also hasn't told us whether it was cecily herself who approached him or the husband or both.

Lakini, who is PLO to have a Foundation? The former prezzy, yes; the Veep, yes; Mandela, yes; Bill Gates, yes; Chandaria, yes (does he have one?), Bill Clinton, yes - but PLO, who is PLO? This is just but a money laundering conduit or a haven for kick backs.

The circus continues: KACC Board to address a news conference shortly on the Ethics & Anti Corruption Commission Bill. Am sure PLO knows the qns he'll be facing!

To sort out the chaff from the wheat, hmmmn...

So if a man has honour, and a thief in a position of weakness is to offer a bribe, isn't the honourable thing to kindly refuse and correct the man of lower morals? Does refusing a gift in any way compromise the larger fraud case?

The posturing over KShs 100,000 makes me wonder whether Jesus would hold a press conference because he called Mattheus, the tax collector, down from the tree and had lunch with him.

PLO just roasted himself...he should have known that a hunter never goes shouting to the intended prey when miles away....PLO gave his entire arsenal to mbarire and he does not have a chest to sustain the artillary from them (mbarires)...

in other words PLOs exit is now visibly near...poor boy!!!
...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

I understand he wanted Nyap from Mbarire but she said never. What kind of variety is he. Which poor boy variety. The tiny boy is a failure, even in his bedroom affairs.
By inference, the man is all that Mr Phantom is not: an untrustworthy radical, divisive, too many enemies, a dictator, and a persistent liar...
