In figurative terms, such a person is called a pig, the way you say a brave man is like a lion. A gratton is like apig, wants to eat everything on its way at the expense of others. It pains when the highly educated but not learned brothers in African cannot see that fact and admit the truth. You need to realize what is happening on the ground before supporting infidels.
Why can't they do the same in Venezuela or Zimbabwe? If its the Arab youths who were tired of tyrants then why haven't we seen any changes in Egypt, why are the still complaining even after Mubarak's exit? Why haven't the Coalition forces intervened in London (Somali), don't they think its about time we had a no-fly zone there?
