Does this guy know his job description? Is it to cry wolf or make sure the corrupt guys are in jail? ABK!!!! I have alot of doubts whether this guy will ever get anyone for corruption. Sasa anatuambia ndio tufanye?

Lumumba should stop commenting on what happened and instead investigate those implicated in the incident and hand them in for prosecution.
