the Maragua issue that is sometimes carelessly thrown around was a parliamentary miscount where a polling centre had been included twice.

Truth be told, in Kalenjin land you did not need to have any form of identification to cast your vote…all you needed was to pick a name that is not crossed in the registry book same thing must have happened in many ODM strong holds, yet they shouted the loudest….
