the guy has t balance among several aspects before he cracks the whip, remember the current RF predicament that the PM is handling is due to the stand he took on the Mau.

......i have always wondered why corrupt and inefficient ministers are transferred or reshuffled.
...The cabinet is bloated,so it should trimmed.
