Recovering data from harddisk

Hi,

Someone just formatted my Harddisk. Anyone who can recover my data. Have a backup but it is not uptodate.

I can't quite promise to recover it for you, but a piece of advice while you wait. Don't start saving new things in that disk until you have your lost data recovered. Overwriting your "lost" data is a sure-fire way to lose it permanently.
Learn first to treat your time as you would your money, then treat your money as you do your time.

Google around there is a software that can do that have forgotten the name!! as long as you just formatted it you can recover the data, if it has some hardware damage that is when things become elephant!
update president set president = speaker where president is null
