Hey guys.does anyone know the cost of pipeline Commercial plots at embakasi? Size is 33*66.thanks

what can you do with a such a small plot? do the council offer title deeds for such size of plots

That is so big considering there r some 15' x 20' and people still buy.

those plots are so very big.the idea is to build a flat covering the entire plot.visit pipeline area and see for yourself.

@ Sanity, Tassia plots are 33x66. If i was buying, i would go for those because the real owner is known, namely NSSF. Although people grabbed initially, a payment schedule by installments was worked out for them by NSSF.
Pipeline area plots: Deal with caution coz ownership is fuzzy i think.

@african coloner: 33x66 is soooooooo huge. You can put up a six storey flat, with basement parking and mint something like 400k a month in rental income!

If every tall building without a lift was to go, 70% of Nairobi will be flat. That law cannot see the light of day with catastophic effects on the population @african coloner

if intending as longterm investment i wouldn't advice to go beyond 5 floors, kenya is growing at very fast rate, only God know's where we will be in ten years

you r right @barry.infact there are plans to repeal that particular by law by the kanjuras

this is not about law, it is about common sense, can you magine movng to anew house which is ten floors, twenty minutes just to climb the stairs? sometimes we dont need politician telling us what is right or wrong
